Abandoned Coast Guard Ship A Frequent Target

Devin Stevens over at Metro Halifax covers the latest on that suspicious fire at the Dartmouth slips that engulfed a decommissioned ship into flames last week:

“Larry Chapman says he’s seen teenagers break onto the ship formerly known as the Sir Charles Tupper. They’ve fired powerful flares found inside.”
