Albino Deer Sighting Near Lucasville Road

This little critter has been spotted around here for a while now. Here is a great pic of it. Hopefully the poor extra visible bugger will be OK over the long haul.

I just learned this is not an albino, it’s a piebald: http://www.nyantler-outdoors.com/piebald-deer.html

Still, a very cool looking deer!

About Jeff Nielsen

For people who love Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia! A lot of us lovingly call it “Sack-Vegas” which I personally find hilarious. I hope to have this column be a place for us to discuss our hometown, poke fun at ourselves (nothing too derogatory about our town though), post some old or current pics….whatever we want to do with it.
