BrainStrongTM, a DHA supplement that supports brain growth and development, is looking for a baby who exhibits that special something in their very first photo—their sonogram. BrainStrong Baby’s First Photo Contest is offering a $5,000 scholarship for the prenatal photo that captures the most charisma and personality, ensuring that both the education and development of the baby-to-be get a boost from BrainStrong.

are you pregnant with a beautiful baby-to-be? win a $5000 scholarship for sharing your ultrasound picture! “Parents want to do everything they can to give their unborn baby every advantage, and BrainStrong Prenatal – a complete prenatal multivitamin with 75% more DHA than other leading over-the-counter prenatal vitamins – is the smart choice to give your child the best start in life,” said Frank DeJianne, Brand Director for BrainStrong. “A BrainStrong mind is a terrible thing to waste, and we are proud to give one lucky winner the opportunity to put it to good use.”

BrainStrong Prenatal contains 350mg of algae-sourced life’sDHATM, an omega-3 fatty acid that is critical for expectant moms as it helps a baby’s brain, eyes and nervous system develop*. Because life’sDHA is vegetarian, it doesn’t contain the risk of mercury or other contaminants that can be found in fish, allowing expectant mothers to get their recommended dosage without worrying about complications that can stem from eating too much seafood.

Baby’s First Photo has recruited Parents.com blogger and former host of The Best Of on the Food Network, Jill Cordes and Nate Stolldorf, Head Children’s Booking Agent at Product Model Management, to serve as judges. They will evaluate the sonogram shots based on personality, charisma, appearance, expression, description of the image and will be looking for “that special something” that only a BrainStrong baby can exhibit.

Applicants are encouraged to visit BrainStrong’s Facebook page at http://on.fb.me/Aft4RS! to submit the sonogram image and a brief description between March 6th and April 9th. On April 23rd, the judges will announce the three finalists, who will be put forth for public voting between April 23rd and May 14th, with a final winner announced May 23rd.
