Asian Heritage Month at the library

It’s Asian Heritage Month at libraries across HRM.

Here is what’s going in at the Bedford Public Library:

Taoist Tai Chi Internal Arts of Health

Taoist Tai Chi Internal Arts of Health is specifically designed for improving health. People of all abilities are encouraged to learn about the benefits of this art form which include improve circulation, balance, posture, strength, flexibility and reduced stress. The session will be led by an accredited volunteer instructor from the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Canada.

Registration is required, call 490-5757.
Wednesday, May 12 at 7 p.m.

Libraries throughout HRM are hosting other events.
