Asphalt Patching – Various Roads

Monday, May 30, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and residents that asphalt patching will take place on various roads across the municipality tomorrow (Tuesday).

Work will take place on:

  • Main Avenue (between Titus Street and Bedford Highway) 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. – Traffic will be stop-and-go
  • Lacewood Drive (between Lincoln Cross and Cedarbrae Lane) 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Lane drop will be in place
  • Fall River Road (between Windsor Junction Road and Arthur Joseph Drive) 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Traffic will be stop-and-go
  • Leiblin Drive (between Rockingstone Road and Old Sambro Road) 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Traffic will be stop-and-go

Motorists should expect delays in each of these areas while work is underway. Drivers are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
