At approximately 9:00 p.m. officers responded to reports of dangerous driving on Portland Street in Dartmouth.  Two vehicles were involved with one vehicle pursuing the other.  The situation culminated with a physical disturbance on Woodlawn Road between the involved parties who were known to one another.  

A 34-year-old male was arrested by responding members at the scene and remains in custody.  He will be attending Provincial Court to face multiple charges including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, assault with a weapon and breach of probation.
