Bayers Road/Romans Avenue intersection – Flashing Traffic Signals

Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will be working on traffic signal control boxes on Wednesday (Feb. 10) at the intersection of Bayers Road and Romans Avenue. Crews will be on site from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., assuming the weather co-operates (upgrades cannot be completed if it’s raining or snowing). The traffic lights at the intersection will be flashing red in all directions while work is underway. Motorists are reminded intersections become four-way stops when traffic lights are flashing red.
