Bedford and Halifax men arrested in undercover operation

Halifax Regional PoliceInvestigators in the HRM Integrated Vice Unit arrested two johns in an undercover operation conducted last night.

Officers, acting on complaints, arrested the men in the Citadel Hill area of Halifax for communicating for the purpose of prostitution.

A 42 year old Halifax man will appear in court at a later date while a 38 year old Bedford man faces an additional drug possession charge and is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today.

Prostitution related offences such as these are crimes which are of great concern to citizens in the affected communities.
