Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road work will be underway on the Bedford Highway during the evening of Thursday, Aug., 11, north of Larry Uteck Boulevard, to facilitate permanent asphalt reinstatement of a natural gas service cut in the roadway.
Lane closures with stop and go traffic will begin at 6 p.m., and continue throughout the evening hours. Motorists should expect delays and take an alternative routes whenever possible.
The municipality and Heritage Gas apologize in advance for any inconvenience or the work may cause.
