Bedford resident Lugar on Electoral Boundaries Review

Bedford resident Donna Lugar on Electoral Boundaries Review:

It has been brought to my attention by our MLA, Kelly Regan, that in all likelihood our riding boundaries will probably change. There is even a chance it could be cut in two! If you can’t make one of their meetings, please make your thoughts known!

Kelly advised – “We know Bedford-Birch Cove is going to change because we are the second largest riding (in terms of electors) in the province and we are well above the provincial average. They will likely remove 5,000 – 8,000 electors.”
