Bissett Road – Traffic Delays

Monday, Apr. 3, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that through traffic has been temporarily restricted this afternoon on  Bissett Road near Cole Harbour Road, due to a downed overhead communications line. Crews are currently on-scene and will be prepared to reopen access at 5 p.m. on a stop-and-go basis only, until such time that the downed line has been repaired. It’s anticipated this work will last for a few hours this evening.  During this work motorists are advised to take alternative routes, if possible. The municipality thanks residents and motorists for their patience during this unexpected repair work.  Source: Release
