Monday, Apr. 3, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that through traffic has been temporarily restricted this afternoon on Bissett Road near Cole Harbour Road, due to a downed overhead communications line.
Crews are currently on-scene and will be prepared to reopen access at 5 p.m. on a stop-and-go basis only, until such time that the downed line has been repaired. It’s anticipated this work will last for a few hours this evening.
During this work motorists are advised to take alternative routes, if possible.
The municipality thanks residents and motorists for their patience during this unexpected repair work.
