On February 2 the Museum will be open from 9am to 9pm. As it is Groundhog Day you can come see the exhibit again and again and again.

Dr. Amy Scott from University of New Brunswick will be at the Museum of Natural History in Halifax Friday, February 2nd at 7 p.m. and Saturday, February 3rd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a talk about the Bioarchaeology Field School Program that happened this past summer with Parks Canada in collaboration with UNB! We’re excited to hear about these findings! UNB Bioarchaeology Field School

On February 14 the Museum will be open 9am to 9pm. The Museum will be a great date night for Valentine’s Day!

February 19 will see the Museum open 9am to 5pm for Heritage Day. Admission to the Museum will be free however the regular admission will apply for this interested in visiting Body Worlds Rx.

Moksha Meets Body Worlds RX on Tuesday February 20, 7pm-9:30pm. This event includes a 1 hour Moksha Yoga Class and access to Body Worlds RX for the evening.
$20 (cash only) Tickets can be purchased at the Museum in advance with proceeds to benefit Feed Nova Scotia.

The Museum Pieces bring their music to the Museum for a night of great music and an exclusive opportunity to see Body Worlds Rx. Tickets are available at www.tickethalifax.com.

On February 28 at 7pm the Museum will start it’s series of Doc Talks. This will be a Free talk inspired by Body Worlds Rx. More information about this series will be announced soon.

In honor of African Heritage Month, the Museum has collaborated with ANSA to record stories on Carrie Best, William Hall and the 2nd Construction Battalion to correspond with the release by Canada Post of commemorative stamps. The stories were recorded by students and will be run on Science on a Sphere this month.

February will be an exciting month of programs, events and unique ways to experience Body Worlds RX.
