Break and enter steals Christmas from family

December 16, 2014, Windermere, Nova Scotia…Kings District RCMP are investigating a break and enter that has left a family with no Christmas presents.
 
At approximately 5:32 p.m. yesterday, RCMP attended a residence after a report of a break and enter. On arrival, officer’s determined that a break-in had occurred sometime during the day when the homeowners were away. The theft or thieves stole a laptop computer and all of the families unwrapped Christmas presents. The presents, which were tucked away from the children’s view, were located after the thief ransacked the families home.
