Bullet hits West End home, cops looking for suspects

From HRPD:
At about 1:27 am Halifax Regional Police responded to the 3300 block of Romans Avenue for a weapons call. Responding officers met with a resident who indicated that a bullet had struck his house. The bullet entered the residence but did not strike any occupants. Police checked the area and eventually located a person who had been involved in an altercation in this area. The male had been assaulted but did not require medical attention. This person confirmed a weapon had been fired. The only description supplied of the suspects was two males wearing masks. Investigators do not believe this was a random incident. Members of the GIS section will be continuing the investigation today.
