Local chef and author Michael Howell has been nominated for a Canadian Culinary Book Award. His new cookbook Atlantic Seafood: recipes from chef Michael Howell is nominated in the English Canadian Culinary Culture Category, which features books that best illustrate Canada’s culinary heritage and food culture.
