A man is facing charges after a break and enter at a business in Halifax overnight.
 
At 1:14 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a commercial intrusion alarm at the Needs convenience store located at 70 Lacewood Drive. Officers discovered that two suspects had broken into the business and stolen a number of items. Officers and a K-9 unit followed footprints in the snow to an apartment building on Dawn Street where they located and arrested a suspect without incident. The second suspect has not been located at this time.
 
A 32-year-old Halifax man was held in custody overnight. He will appear in Halifax Provincial Court this morning to face a charge of break and enter.
