From HRPD:

Halifax Regional Police has arrested a man in relation to an incident
which took place at a downtown shopping mall last month.

On September 14 at 8:15 p.m., a 19-year-old female was assaulted in a
woman’s washroom at Park Lane Mall. The victim was able to scream for
help which alerted mall staff and caused the suspect to flee. She was
understandably shaken but thankfully not physically harmed. Officers
assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigations Section were
able to identify a suspect who was arrested by patrol officers last
night at 6:30 p.m. in an unrelated theft call.

A 19-year-old Sackville man is scheduled to appear in Halifax
Provincial Court today to face charges of voyeurism, assault, assault
with a weapon and possession of a weapon. He will also face additional
charges of theft and possession of stolen property in relation to
yesterday’s incident.
