Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that paving will take place on Sunday (Aug. 30) along Chebucto Road (near Mumford Road).

Crews will be on site beginning at 4 p.m. and the paving of natural gas trenches is expected to take several hours.

Traffic signals at the Mumford/Chebucto roads intersection will be shut off while work is underway. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place and motorists are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Heritage Gas and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
