Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that part of Chebucto Road will be closed Sunday night (Aug. 30), from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Specifically, Chebucto Road will be closed to traffic exiting the Armdale Roundabout while crews pave a natural gas pipeline trench in the area. Traffic travelling southwest on Chebucto Road will still be able to enter the roundabout.   

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

The municipality and Heritage Gas apologize in advance for any inconvenience this closure or the work may cause.
