Cogswell Street and Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo Parade – Street Closures

Thursday, June 30, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Cogswell Street, from North Park Street to Robie Street, will be closed to traffic on Canada Day, Friday, July 1.

Motorists are also advised to expect rolling street closures in downtown Halifax to facilitate the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo Parade, which gets underway at 10:30 a.m. along the following route: departing the Scotiabank Centre; proceeding west on Duke Street; south on Brunswick Street; west on Spring Garden Road; north on Summer Street; east on Sackville Street; north on Brunswick Street, concluding at Scotiabank Centre.

Streets will re-open on a rolling basis once the parade has passed.
