Evening bloggies, how was your day? This has been the loooongest week ever for me. Luckily we have a holiday weekend right around the corner! Plans include going out for my big day downtown, working on the blog a bit and spending QT with hubby!
Excited to announce that The Next Chapter has been given the opportunity to host a product review from CSN Stores. With over 200 shops you can get anything from a coffee maker, to bookshelves or bedding. Stay tuned to see what I’ve ordered!

Supper tonight was a classic – Lasagna & Caesar Salad.
Obviously not homemade, but the next best thing – Blue Menu Splendido Lasagna. 1/8 of the pan was 320 calories/6 WW points.
I make my caesar salads one way and one way only. Organic baby spinach, Renee’s 1/2 Fat Caesar Dressing, real bacon bits, sour dough croutons & shredded parm or romano cheese.
Dinner is served.
Cheesy, tomato goodness! I love Italian food.
Small piece of crusty bread on the side.
I can’t wait to make another bowl of this salad for my lunch tomorrow! So freaking good!
Last but not least, I wanna talk about the Get Motivated Challenges we’ve got going on. We’re half way through Week 1: Seven Days of Yoga, it’s going quite well for me. How about you? Last night I did a Gentle Hatha 2 session from yogadownload.com, right before bed. I’m loving it!
What I wanna know is, what do you want next? I thought of a few options and I’d love it if you’d take a moment and let me know what you’d like to most participate in.
- Shred – One week of Jillian kicking your behind. This DVD’s guaranteed to make you sweat and feel sore the next day!
- Recipes – Try one new recipe daily for the next seven days.
- Strength Training – Complete one light strength training session daily.
- Tracking Food – Commit and track all your food for one week straight. This means every bite, lick or taste.
