Connaught Battery Park is a small, under-used park near York Redoubt. In late April, the Ferguson’s Cove Neighbourhood Association handed out almost 300 surveys in the Ferguson’s Cove area, assisted by Katimavik volunteers. The surveys asked local residents questions such as if they knew about the park, if they used it, and their thoughts on its use.

The surveys are back in, and the association is quite pleased to have some 70 responses. They are tabulating the responses right now.
