Monday, December 9, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Road construction will take place today on Upper Water Street between Duke Street and Cogswell Street and will continue through Friday, December 13, 2013.

During this work, motorists can expect stop and go traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
