Wednesday, December 4, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Today road construction will take place on Upper Water Street between Duke Street and Cogswell Street and will continue through Friday, December 6, 2013.
During this work, motorists can expect stop and go traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
