Monday, September 12, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction takes place today on Cow Bay Road from Dyke Road (east) to Silver Sands Beach Park (near the Cow Bay Moose). Crews will be on site from noon to 7 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic during this time. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
