Emergency crews used the jaws of life to rescue a passenger from a taxicab after an SUV drove into oncoming traffic on Duke Street during the afternoon rush-hour Friday.  Details on the circumstances of the accident and the condition of the passengers haven’t been released.  Photos of the incident are below.
