Dartmouth Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

A man faces charges after a search today in Dartmouth by the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.
 
Early this morning, ICE investigators conducted a search of a residence in the 0-100 block of Joseph Young Street. Officers arrested a male suspect at the scene and seized computer equipment.
 
Twenty-seven-year-old Jeremy Bryan Matthew Saunderson is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on November 10 to face charges of possession of child pornography and, accessing child pornography. He was released from custody under conditions to not communicate with children under the age of 16, not possess a device able to access the internet and not be within 50 meters of a place known to be frequented by children.
