Police have a man in custody after a noonhour incident in the West End of Halifax.

A approximately 12:30 pm a home invasion took place in the 6000 block of Chebucto Road.  Police blocked the street and cleared the home for suspects, one of whom was apprehended a short distance away at a corner store. Police recovered a taser and goods from the incident including laptops and a cell phone.  Two other suspects are being sought at this time and both are described as  black males.

Charges are expected against one adult white male which will include break and enter, using a disguise in the commission of an offence, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon and possession of property obtained by crime.  The motivation for the targeting of the home is unknown at this time.  There were no injuries reported to police.
