Depression self-help group at Cobequid Health Centre

A safe, confidential, understanding and non-judgmental atmosphere to receive and offer help for persons living with depression.

All welcome.

Meetings are held every Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at the Cobequid Community Health Centre.

Where: 40 Freer Lane, Sackville, Room 3142 (Upper Floor)–Mental Health Unit.
