On May 24, 2019 at approx 1130pm, Halifax Regional Police responded to an Impaired Driver complaint at the intersection of Coburg Rd and Oxford St ,Halifax.
An adult male driver had driven into a closed construction area. There were no injuries.

As a result of the investigation, the male driver was charged with Impaired operation of a conveyance and Operation of a conveyance over 80mg.
