Driver Ticketed After Car / Pedestrian Accident – Cole Harbour

Halifax District RCMP is investigating a collision that occurred between a car and a pedestrian on Monday in Cole Harbour.

At approximately 7:20 a.m. on Monday morning, police responded to the report of a female pedestrian struck by a car at the intersection of Chameau Cres. and Forest Hills Parkway in Cole Harbour. The woman sustained minor injuries and was transported to hospital.

The 53-year-old male driver of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra was issued a Summary Offense Ticket for Failing to Yield Right of Way to a Pedestrian.
