Weapons and Drugs Seized in Dartmouth

At 4:55 p.m. members of the Integrated Criminal Investigative Division assisted by East Division Quick Response members pulled over a vehicle on John Savage Drive and arrested it’s two occupants, men, one 22-years-old, the other 23. Minutes later, members of the same units entered a residence in the 200 block of Windmill Road armed with a search warrant. Arrested in the residence were three females, ages 18, 21 and 22. Located and seized in the residence was a quantity of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, bear spray and a loaded prohibited firearm. Four of the subjects are scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today facing numerous weapons related charges. The 21-year-old female was released last night, scheduled to appear in court at a later date facing weapons charges. Drug charges have not been laid at this time however the investigation continues in relation to the seized drugs
