Two people face charges after a drug search Tuesday night in Halifax.

At 10:10 p.m., officers assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated Drug Unit conducted a search of a residence in the 0-100 block of Evans Avenue. Two people were arrested at the scene without incident and a small number of marijuana plants were seized.

A 54-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman, both of Halifax, are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face charges of drug production.
