Duffus Street & Cornwallis Street – Road Construction

Monday, Aug. 31, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews will be asphalt patching tomorrow, Sept. 1, on Duffus Street and Cornwallis Street in Halifax.

The work will begin at 7 a.m. on Duffus between Barrington Street and Novalea Drive, and will continue until about noon. Once finished, the crew will move to Cornwallis between Cunard Street and Barrington. That work is expected to continue until about 4 p.m.

There will be lane drops in place while this work is underway. Motorists should expect some delays and are encouraged to use alternative routes if possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.
