Escaped prisoner: Considered dangerous

This evening at 8:43 p.m. Kevin Edward Clarke-McNeil 33-years-old escaped the North East Nova Scotia Correctional Facility believed on foot. A significant police presence remains in the Coalburn and Priestville areas. 

Described as a 5-foot-8 white male, 200 pounds., long brown curly hair and a large beard, last seen wearing no shirt and grey jogging pants. 

Clarke-McNeil is incarcerated on serious criminal charges including Attempted Murder. Do not contact or approach Clarke-McNeil, call 911. Clarke-McNeil may attempt to return to the Halifax area.
