Extreme Cold Temperatures Impacting Water Service

From Halifax Water:

Due to the extremely cold temperatures, some Halifax Water customers are reporting the loss of water service due to internal plumbing issues.

It is recommended that customers ensure there is a safe heat source in the area where your water service lateral enters your home – usually in a basement or utility closet near your water meter.
