A man and woman were arrested for firearms offenses in Dartmouth.

At 3:45 am members of the Firearms team, patrol officers and the Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Pinecrest Drive in Dartmouth. A 46 year old Dartmouth male and a 25 year old Dartmouth female were arrested at the scene. Officers recovered a rifle inside the residence and are currently interviewing the suspects. They are expected to be charged with numerous weapon related offences.
