First Lake Drive – Road Construction and Street Closure

Monday, June 26, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that beginning Monday, June 26 and continuing until the end of the July there will be road construction on First Lake Drive from Crimson Drive to Cobequid Road.  Crews will be on site weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with stop and go traffic.  There will also be evening construction Sunday to Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During evening construction First Lake Drive from Crimson to Cobequid will be closed. Access to the Eddie LeBlanc Ballfields  and the Sackville Lakes Provincial Park will be maintained from the Crimson Drive end of First Lake Drive during the  night time closures.
