Food Fight, Quinoa Salad

Yum,Yum, fabulous! This is a dump-and-stir salad. It’s so easy and delicious, I dare you not to stand and eat it with a spoon straight out of the serving bowl! It’s even better the next day…….if it lasts that long. BTW if you have never tried quinoa, do it! So good for you.

So here’s where the food fight comes in. I’m in a contest over at 20 Minute Supper Club to win some great Kitchen Aid goodies. You can vote for this salad HERE. No signing up, just click on the blue box. underneath it to vote. I’m first in the second row:) If I win, first thing I will do is bake a cake and share it here. Thanks
