The Single Parent Centre will offer a free parenting course coming up in October, called the Incredible Years Parenting Course.

The IWK Health Centre, as part of the Spryfield-Sambro Loop Community Health Team, is offering a FREE 10-week
course for parents of 6 to12 year olds within the Spryfield-Sambro Loop community. The course will focus on improving
your child’s social and emotional skills and reducing behaviour problems.

Dates/times: Weekly on Mondays from October 18th to December 20th, 6:30pm to 8:30pm each week.

Location: Single Parent Centre, 3 Sylvia Ave, Halifax
