Get on your dancing shoes!

Get on your dancing shoes! Join us for the 3rd Annual “Music & Memories Concert”. This year’s concert will feature light, up-beat music by the Sackville Community Concert Band with Special Guest, Howard Cable.

The band will be performing 2 Bossa Novas and one Samba in a Brazilian Medley and there will be other danceable tunes on the program.

So get on your dancing shoes and join us for a fun afternoon of song and dance. This performance will take place at 2:00 pm, Sunday afternoon, November 6, 2011 at the LeBrun Centre, 36 Holland Avenue, Bedford, NS.

The Sackville Community Band has established a well-deserved reputation for providing quality music and entertainment for community events and functions throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality. The Band boasts a number of well-known local musicians, music educators and members of the community among its roster.

Proceeds will go toward establishing a performing arts venue for the Bedford-Sackville and surrounding area.

Tickets are $25.00 each and can be purchased at the Scotiabank, Bedford Place Mall. Seats are limited.

For information check the Cobequid Cultural Society website at www.cccas.ca or call Ann at 865-0381 or Barbara at 835-5757.
