Granville Street (Blowers to Sackville) – Street Closure

Friday, Aug. 5, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Granville Street, between Blowers Street and Sackville Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday, Aug. 7, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

This street closure is required to accommodate work by Nova Scotia Power on overhead utilities.

Access to the parking garage located on this section of Granville Street will be maintained; traffic control personnel will direct vehicles at each barricade. Please note pedestrian access along Granville Street will not be affected by the street closure.

The municipality and Nova Scotia Power regret any inconvenience this work may cause.
