Video: Haligonians brave stormy weather to remember the explosion

Blustery weather did nothing to stop a large turnout at Halifax Explosion ceremonies today at Fort Needham Memorial Park in North End Halifax.  Dignitaries including Mayor Peter Kelly, Halifax Needham MLA Maureen MacDonald and Lieutenant Governor Mayann E. Francis laid wreaths commemorating the 92nd Anniversary of the disaster that all but leveled most of the Downtown core.
