Halifax Real Estate Shows No Signs Of Slowing Down

JENNIFER TAPLIN over at Metro Halifax has a good piece on the housing market in Halifax, which has many homeowners quivering in their boots thanks to a shaky economy and political uncertainty both here and stateside.  From the article:

“According to a recent house price survey, values in Halifax are mostly on the rise. The only category to fall was two-storey homes in the West End, which dropped in price by 8.2 per cent to $210,000.”
