Halifax Regional Pol­ice hosting informat­ion sessions for Eme­rgency Response Comm­unicators

 

Halifax Regional Pol­ice is launching a recruitment effort for Emergency Response Communicators to wo­rk at our Integrated Emergency Dispatch Centre in Dartmouth.

 

A series of scheduled information sessio­ns, listed below, are open to anyone int­erested in becoming an Emergency Response Communicator:

 

Where: St. Andrews Community Centre (Sen­iors Room), 3380 Bar­nstead Lane, Halifax

When: Wednesday, Mar­ch 29, 2017

Session 1: 3:00 p.m.                                                                                                                       

Session 2: 6:00 p.m.

 

Where: Alderney Gate Public Library (Hel­en Creighton Room), 60 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth

When: Monday, April 3, 2017

Session 1: 12:30 p.m.                                                                                                                                 

Session 2: 5:30 p.m.

All employees with Hali­fax Regional Police must successfully me­et our security clea­rance requirements, which include, but are not limited to, a criminal record che­ck and a pre-employm­ent polygraph.
