Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a male that had been hit with a baseball bat in the 10-20 block of Alma Cres

At 10:30am on July 21st Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a male that had been hit with a baseball bat in the 10-20 block of Alma Cres in Halifax.

A male was located on scene that had suffered a non- life threatening injury as a result of the incident.

A 31 year old man was arrested at the scene and both the suspect and the victim are known to one another.

The investigation is still ongoing by members of the Patrol Division and General Investigation Section.
