Police investigating robbery

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a robbery that occurred this evening in Halifax.

At 5:13 p.m. police responded to Chadwick Place in Halifax to a report of a robbery.

Three males, one believed to be armed with a firearm, pushed their way into an apartment and assaulted the male resident. He did not require medical attention and the female resident was not injured.

The suspects are described as three black males in the mid-twenties and they fled with an undisclosed amount of money in a newer model dark grey sedan.
