Dartmouth Area – Wastewater Infrastructure Repair Complete (July 17, 2023) Halifax Water has completed a critical wastewater infrastructure repair in the Dartmouth area. The wastewater system has returned to normal operations. Customers in the Dartmouth area, including Burnside, Albro Lake, Woodside, Russell Lake, Portland Estates, Woodlawn, and Westphal, can resume normal water and wastewater use.
