Robie Street Reservoir Fencing

(February 18, 2025) Beginning on Wednesday, February 19, Eastern Fence, on behalf of Halifax Water, will install a fence around the Halifax Water Robie Street Reservoir, located at 3468 Robie Street, Halifax.

The Robie Street Reservoir site contains significant critical above-ground and underground water infrastructure. To ensure the ongoing safety and security of the water system, a fence around the property’s perimeter will be installed. The work will be from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays only, for approximately four weeks.

There are no anticipated traffic or pedestrian impacts during this installation. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure work may cause.

To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
